ASX Accident Report

The aircraft was stationed on the ground during a heliski operation when a sudden avalanche swept over the area. Though the pilot was outside and uninjured, two passengers—Italian nationals—were caught and later confirmed deceased. Mountain rescue operations located the victims and airlifted them to Tromsø, Norway, where death was pronounced. Authorities are conducting a legal and procedural review. Weather conditions and risk assessment adequacy are central to the investigation.
